Last updated: August 19, 2026. This policy explains what Lucidio collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. What Lucidio stores

Lucidio offers two ways to use the site:

• Guest mode: Your lab translator inputs, Ask Me sessions, and saved logs are stored only in your browser's local storage. Lucidio does not receive or store this data on our servers.
• Signed-in mode: If you create an account, your saved sessions are synced to our backend so you can access them across devices. We also store your account email and any profile information provided by your sign-in method.

2. Google sign-in information

When you sign in with Google, Google may share your email address and basic profile information (such as your name and profile picture) with Lucidio. We use this only to create and identify your account. We do not sell, share, or use this information for advertising.

3. Medical and identifying information

Lucidio is an educational tool, not a medical record system. Please do not enter unnecessary identifying medical information, such as your full medical history, diagnosis, provider names, insurance details, or other sensitive personal data that is not needed to understand a lab result or prepare questions for your doctor.

4. How your data is used

We use your data only to provide the Lucidio service: generating explanations, preparing questions, syncing saved sessions, and maintaining your account. We do not train AI models on your individual inputs.

5. Requesting deletion

You can delete individual saved sessions from your Saved Logs page. To delete your account and all associated cloud data, email us at lucidiohealth@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
